All giggles for cousin Jacob

Cousin Jacob had Bryce laughing all week as he entertained him. Jacob would drop a golf ball on the floor which made Bryce giggle away. He also entertained Bryce in the trips in the car by singing to him...which was followed by more giggles.

Where did the sand go?

Here's Bryce getting a bath after the beach. He enjoyed this just as much as the beach and we were happy that there was no sand to eat here!

Bryce loved the week he spent outdoors in the nice weather. He saw dad almost catch a turtle on this day.

Aunt Karen was nice enough to let Andrew stop and get some Wisconsin cheese to take back to PA. Bryce enjoyed the fresh cheese too!

On this particular day, the temperature reached 95 degrees. Needless to say, we plopped Bryce right in front of the fan most of the day...that explains the crazy hair, or does it? He was having so much fun playing with his new play keys from Aunt Katie and Uncle Damian. He became so excited (as you can tell by the first picture) he accidentally whacked himself with the keys a few times and then proceeded to laugh and do it again. Eventually we had to get him to calm down!

Bryce at the Holiday Inn

Nana and Papa got this picture of Bryce outside of the Holiday Inn at Kim and Dani's wedding reception. Bryce loves to rip clumps of grass out of the lawn; then he tries to eat it. Luckily Nana and Papa were there to keep him from eating the flowers and the mulch.

Kim and Dani were very brave holding Bryce in their wedding attire. Thankfully Bryce kept all of his dinner down and everyone stayed clean! Bryce loved seeing Kim and Dani.

As we packed a few of Bryce's things for cousin Samuel to use, we realized just how big Bryce had gotten over the last few months. This snowsuit only fit him to the knee now...but we figured the hat would still work for a cute picture. What you didn't see in this picture was Bryce rolling around trying very hard to get the hood off and his daddy laughing. Good thing mommy was there to help him :)

Movie fun

Bryce seems to often become bored and is always looking for something new to do. He loves the educational videos teaching him numbers, shapes, and reading. This was his expression as he watched his new "learn to read" video for the first time. We must have made a good purchase!

Bryce just started feeding himself the bottle...well, at least he can when he's lying down. We think he rather enjoys being more independent. We do too since he always wants to eat when we decide to eat! Now the whole family can eat at the same time. Yeah for Bryce!!!

Bryce's new hairdos!

Andrew had lots of fun styling Bryce's hair while I was at work this weekend. A little gel can do alot for that crazy head of hair! I love his hair just as it is though...so the gel didn't stay for very long!

Bryce's tv remote

Bryce loved to try to chew on daddy's remote...too bad daddy didn't like that idea. We went to walmart and tested "Bryce's" remote out in the store. Needless to say, when we put the box back on the shelf Bryce got pretty upset. So we left the store with a new toy for Bryce and have gotten many giggles out of him since playing with his new remote.

Bryce decided to dump the contents of the diaper bag and then play with only the tag!

We invested in the breathable baby bumper for Bryce because we found out he liked to curl up with his face in the bumper. Apparently, Bryce loves to curl up with the new bumper as we've found him this way quite a few times. We're not sure how he gets the bumper off the crib, but he loves the silk on the bumper...kind of like Andrew used to when he was a baby...at least that's what I'm told!
