Aubrey and Brayden
Aubrey was a great helper bring Brayden all sorts of toys and books while he was in his exersaucer. She loved Brayden...when she saw him she would say, "Hi baby!" and give a big hug and kiss. She is such a sweet cousin!
Buddies
Bryce and Samuel are great buddies. Here they are relaxing in Papa's recliner...but not for long! They love to play with trains and cars together.

Bryce and the big piano
Playing piano
Bryce and Brayden love to play the big piano together. Bryce will either run as fast as he can across it or roll all over it. Brayden likes to roll over to his tummy so he can get a chance to play too.
Our buddy
Heather visited us last week and Bryce kept asking dad, "who's mommy's buddy?" Then he would smile because he knew her name but thought he was being so funny. Brayden loved Heather too!

Happy helper
Bryce was very eager to help with the move. He came out of the kitchen and exclaimed that he had taken the tape off the boxes....he had managed to take the tape off of every single box but luckily didn't take anything out of the boxes. He loved when I would ask him to untape another box for me. He also loved helping me scrunch the paper down in empty boxes.
So much fun
Bryce had alot of fun unpacking the other night. He didn't have any toys out so he built this cardboard ramp for his matchbox cars and enjoyed that for a while. He must have gotten tired of that because then I found him "swimming" in the packing paper. I told him while unpacking one box that it was like unwrapping Christmas presents but not fun like Christmas because the packers wrapped every tiny item....he said, "it looks like fun...I'll open the presents for you!"...I thought about it because I wasn't sure which would be worse :)
Unpacking, pretzel-making, pj party time
Bryce was thrilled to hear that we were going to have an unpacking, pretzel-making, pj party Monday night. He got to stay up later than usual and help us unpack the new house and bake pretzels all while in his pjs....which he then considers an awesome pj party.
Roller
Bray loves to roll to his back and belly and back and belly until he can go no further. He is somewhat of an obsessive roller which makes it difficult to get much done because you're never sure where he might end up!

"T-ball is a so good game!"
Bryce is really enjoying the warm weather recently because he gets to play in the backyard alot. He wanted to play t-ball tonight. He kept saying "t-ball is a so good game!" and "I'll run around the field this time" It made us both laugh when we heard him clear his throat and hit his bat on the ground a few times before stepping up to the tee to bat. Can you tell he likes to watch baseball with dad?

Brayden rolls over
Brayden rolled over back to belly for the first time on March 10th. Ever since he has decided to keep rolling over when no one is watching or when we step out of the room for a second. I decided to take the video camera with me this time while I "stepped out of the room".
"k" is for cold
bryce had some ice cream and blueberries after supper tonight. I kept hearing him say "this is the biggest ice cream i've ever seen!" again and again so I decided to get it on video. At the end I heard him say , "hey, 'k' is for cold"...not quite but good effort Bryce :)
The playground
After playing and running around the playground bryce was too tired to walk back. I carried him for a while and then thought it was silly that I was carrying the 32 lb boy and strolling the 17 lb boy. Bryce wanted to hop in the stroller so we made the switch...and everyone was happy on the walk/ride back home :)
