Happy Bryce

Bryce is alot happier these days now that 2 of his 2 year molars finally came in last week. He was so excited to go to church and play with the "babies". He ran all the way to the nursery...and then exclaimed loudly..."bye dada, bye mama"...and went along his way. After church we asked him if he had fun playing in the nursery...he exclaimed "aha!".

Movie night

We had a family movie night this week for Bryce. Here he is snuggled with dad...apple cider and goldfish in hand...ready to watch the movie.

Bathtime

Breakfast

Bryce enjoys having cheerios topped with a banana for breakfast. He's just finishing up eating this day.

Family

Bryce enjoyed all the company he had last weekend. Nana and Papa Ensign and Aunt Amy came to visit. Bryce gave out lots of kisses to them..."mmmaaaaa".

Matchbox cars!

Bryce loves matchbox cars. Nana and Papa Ensign came to visit and got Bryce this cool matchbox carrying case. Bryce likes to use it as a race track while shouting "weeee".

Loving the outdoors

It has been in the 70s this week and perfect outdoor playing weather for Bryce. Here he is smiling because moments before he was rustling in the leaves that mom was sweeping up...what great fall fun!

"cheese"

As Bryce was eating lunch one afternoon I was cleaning up the kitchen. When I went to check on him I found him licking yogurt off of his bagel...and then still eating the bagel. I decided to get a picture for the scrapbook and Bryce decided to scream a loud "cheeseeeee".

Upon leaving...

When it was time to leave the fall festival, Bryce was visibly upset. He had such a great time playing outdoors in the nice weather. It didn't take much to console Bryce, just an apple juice box did the trick!

The hay pen

Bryce really enjoyed playing in the hay pen. We did however, have to keep him him from poking the babies in the pen with pieces of hay. He is so curious!

The slide

Dad and Bryce took a ride on the slide at the festival.

Neighhhhh!

Bryce loves to say "neighhh" whenever he sees a horse. He was excited for his turn to ride the pony at the fall festival.

Waiting for the pig race!

Bryce is anxiously awaiting for the pig races to begin at the fall festival.

Juice...or rather, "gooo"

Bryce often asks for "gooo" as soon as he wakes up in the morning. He especially enjoys drinking out of juice boxes. This particular juice box was completely consumed in about 10 seconds!

Loving my Grammy!

Grammy came to visit Bryce yesterday. Bryce had a great time!

Growing up

Here Bryce is all ready for church. He loves to go to the nursery and play with all the kids in his group. He recently moved up to the Blue group at church and enjoys all the new surroundings and some new friends!

Fun at Knoebels

Sam was all smiles as Aunt Karen sat with him while Aunt Katie and Bryce waited in line to ride the teacups.

Captain Bryce

Bryce is enjoying a boat ride at Knoebels. He had lots of fun riding the kiddie rides, but much preferred the bigger rides like the spinning teacups that Aunt Katie took him on. He loved them so much he went on with dad and Uncle Damian again!

The curly slide

We visited Knoebels this past Saturday with Aunt Katie, Uncle Damian, and Samuel. All four boys decided to take a ride down the curly slide and had a great time.

Fun at Bay Beach!

While in WI, we took Bryce to Bay Beach amusement park. He seemed to enjoy all of the kiddie rides, but loved the giant slide. Andrew and I both took him down once and when we had to leave the slide, he shed a few tears. It was just too much fun for him. He soon recovered, however, and had a great day.

Pedal bikes

Bryce took a few rides with mom and dad on the pedal bikes. Then he wanted to test the bike out for himself. If he was only a little taller :)

PC Junction

While in WI, we visited a restaurant called PC Junction. Bryce was thrilled to see that his food and drinks were brought to his seat by a miniature train. He watched eagerly as the train made it's way around the table. At the end of the meal, the train came around the table blowing bubbles which he also found to be too cool.

Renard's

We stopped at Renard's cheese shop on our way to Aunt Karen and Uncle Ken's camper. Bryce found the cookies and asked very politely for one. He got to choose between a cow, horse, sheep, and pig. He finally decided on the pig and enjoyed every bite of the yummy sugar cookie.

Renard's cheese

On our way to Door County we stopped at Renard's Cheese shop to get some good Wisconsin cheese. Bryce stopped for a picture with Great Aunt Karen.

Water park fun

We stayed at a hotel with an indoor water park during some of our stay in WI. Bryce really enjoyed the slides and didn't waste any time heading back for the stairs so he could go down again. He loved splashing around and exploring!

Bryce and Max

Bryce had a great time visiting Great Aunt Karen, Great Uncle Ken, and their dog Max in Wisconsin. Max is very friendly and Bryce loved him from the minute they met...in fact Max gave Bryce a big kiss when he came in the door...Bryce thought that was too funny. He enjoyed giving Max high-fives and talking to him.

Bryce and Great Grandpa Weber

We recently visited Bryce's great grandparents in Green Bay, WI. Bryce had a great time and was very social with everyone after a few minutes of adjusting to the new location. He gave great grandpa a quick hug and then always seemed to get stuck but soon discovered an escape method :)

Anything will do...

As Bryce is getting older we are beginning to leave his blanket at home when we go out shopping. Apparently, anything will do in a blanket emergency when we are out and Bryce is tired. This polo shirt hanging on the rack worked just fine to fill in for his blanket!

Power Bryce

Nana and Papa Ensign have purchased Bryce a Handy Manny version of this for his Birthday so we wanted to see if he could ride it. I think he will do just fine in November.
